Lactation Keto Turmeric Latte
Are you looking for a non-coffee keto drink? This drink is the perfect replacement with so many benefits!
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ginger, (optional- can replace with more cinnamon)
- 8 oz Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut oil)
- 1 scoop Collagen, (optional)
- 3 drops Stevia, (or to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Warm almond milk up in the microwave or on the stove.
- Pour milk into a cup or immersion blender beaker
- Add the butter and MCT oil. Then add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, stevia and collagen (if using).
- Blend with a milk frother or immersion blender until well blended and frothy. Then enjoy!
Notes
I love to add Vanilla flavor collagen to add a little sweetener and change up the taste.
