Keto Honey Mustard Dressing
quick and easy Keto Honey Mustard Dressing
Are you looking for a quick and easy keto honey mustard dressing? This one is amazing!
Honey mustard dressing was always my favorite dressing. When I started eating keto I thought I had to kiss it goodbye. The Honey Mustard Dressings you find in the store are loaded with sugar and crappy oils.Â
So, I started testing out different combinations and fell in love with this recipe. Now you can load your salad up with healthy fats and still love the taste!

What Makes a Good Keto Dressing?
When looking at dressing for salads and dipping your favorite foods in, you will want to always look at what oils and sweeteners are being used. Many dressing companies out there use bad, processed oils and non-keto sweeteners. So, make sure to always check the labels before buying.

Thank you for this recipe! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I just cut back a little on the sweetener and only use a few drops of liquid stevia.
(I make my own mayo as the base with 1 egg, Himalayan salt and avocado oil. Use an immersion blender and slowly add the avocado oil to the egg and salt until you reach the consistency you like. I always end up with about a cup of mayo.)
