
Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ULTIMATE Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Softened Salted Butter
- 1/3 Cup Confederate Swerve
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 T Vanilla
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2/3 Cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F and prepare two baking sheets with coconut oil baking spray or silicone mats. Set aside.
- Beat the butter and sweetener together. Then add one egg at a time. Beating well in between each added egg. Then beat in the vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour and baking soda and mix until thoroughly combined. Then gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Form cookie dough into one-inch ball. A cookie scooper works perfectly here! Place the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Place into the preheated oven and cook for 13-15 minute. Watch carefully. Once cooked let cool and then transfer to a wire cooling rack. Once cooled, enjoy!
Notes
- Store cookies up to 4 days on counter or up to 3 months in the freezer. PS. They are amazing right out of the freezer!
