Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
What are Fat Bombs?
For those of you who are new to a keto lifestyle, fat bombs are a delicious high-fat low-carb snack. (Find out more about the keto lifestyle HERE)
They are made with healthy fats that will help keep you satisfied for hours and kick the sweet craving to the curb! They are an easy source for a burst of energy or to help you get your fat macros in for the day.
Once you try these out once, they will become a staple in your house!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil , melted
- 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener , *see notes
Peanut Butter Layer
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener, *see notes
Instructions
Chocolate Layer
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for about 30 sec.
- Combine melted coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetener. Mix until completely combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini cupcake tins. (I love the silicone ones for these!)
- Place in freezer for 30 min.
Peanut Butter Layer
- Once the chocolate layer is frozen, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla and sweetener. Mix until completely combined.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the frozen chocolate layer.
- Place back in the freezer for another 30 min. Once Frozen, Enjoy!!
Notes
- *Store the fat bombs in the freezer. Take out right before eating or they will start to melt.
- **You can also use 1/4 c. Swerve powdered sweetener or 3-4 drops liquid Stevia instead of the Monk Fruit sweetener.
