Keto Lactation Mug Cake Brownie
Are you missing those lactation brownies? You are going to love this quick keto lactation mug cake brownie recipe. This brownie has all the chocolate goodness but without the added sugars and carbs.Â
What keto foods are in the this smoothie that will help increase supply?
There are many keto foods that are a galactagogue, aka something that can help boost milk supply. Here are a few I included in this recipe:
- Flaxseed – flaxseed contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and phytoestrogens that can help with milk supply. (2) Flaxseed is also nutrient-dense and full of omega 3 which also is so great while breastfeeding.
- Brewer’s Yeast – Brewer’s yeast is a superfood. It is packed with protein and is full of nutrients like iron, zinc, vitamin B, magnesium, and potassium. I recommend starting small with this one because it has a strong taste!
