What are fat bombs?
Fat bombs are a popular treat in the ketogenic world. Fat bombs make a perfect quick breastfeeding snack that will help boost milk supply, help get your healthy fats in and satisfy those breastfeeding cravings. They are also great for a quick boost of energy and as busy moms, we all need that!
But, these fat bombs are extra special because they are loaded with ground flaxseed and lots of healthy fats that can help boost milk supply.

Cinnamon Keto Lactation Fat Bombs That Helps Boost Supply!
- Yield9
- Serving Size1
Fat Bombs
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 4 T butter (softened)
- 2-3 T Brown Swerve
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 T Keto Sweetener
- 1 T Brown Swerve
- 1 t. Cinnamon
Making the Mocha
Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend well with a mixer.
Use cookie scooper to place on a lined cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. You will want them to be slightly frozen so you can roll them easily.)
While the fat bombs are freezing, mix the topping ingredients together.
Once fat bombs are slightly frozen, take them out of the freezer and roll them into the topping mixture until fully covered.
Place back into the freezer for another 10-15 minutes. Then enjoy. 🙂
Store the fat bombs in the freezer. If they last that long. 😉

I wish you had dairy free substitutions, these recipes look so yummy but my newborn and his immature gut can’t handle dairy.

SaraHey Sara! I definitely do have some dairy-free options on my site. But, this one you can sub the cream cheese with Kite Hill Brand cream cheese.
